2008/2009 DEADLINES DATES

 May 15- All DOL rosters (U-10 thru U-14)due to District Registrar for eligibility
for Fall Play and Summer Tournaments. If U-15 thru U-19 boys want
to attend Summer Tournaments they must be received by this date.

June 1- All Kaercher rosters due to District Registrar for eligibility for Fall play
and Summer Tournaments.

August 15- All DOL rosters (u-15 boys thru U-19 boys) due to District Registrar.
All rosters are due May 15 for Summer Tournaments.

September 1- 75% of previous years registration fees due to CYSA

September 1- All recreational rosters and 1601’s due to District Registrar

November 15- All Frazier Rosters due to District Registrar.
No Adds after the 3rd week of Play

December 15- All Bill Meyer Rosters due to District Registrar.
No adds after the 3rd week of Play.

January 1- All monies due to CYSA for current season.
 

All house rosters, disclosure forms, and data are due to district registrar 1 week before league play begins. WinReg Updates are due to me by the 1st of each month, with all currently registered players & adults.  

District VIII meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of the following months:   January, March, May, July, August, September, & October.   The November meeting is held on the third Thursday.    The meetings are at 7pm, location tba. The District secretary sends out notifications one week before the meetings.   If you wish to get these notifications contact Darlene Ribeiro  darlene@ribeirofarming.com.
