E/D Course request procedure
1/ The E/D class is a district run class. Therefore it is the responsibility of the district coaching coordinator (DCC) to assign the field/class testing topics. 2/ The contact person for the class must email the DCC a list of attendees two weeks prior to the class date. 3/ The DCC will then email back to the course contact person the topics for each coach attending the class. This list will then be forwarded to the instructor also. 4/ The course contact will then send out the manuals to each coach along with their topic no less than 1 week before the date of the first session.
